Cancellation If you are not satisfied with the products you received or have simply changed your mind about purchasing them after we have e-mailed you your order confirmation, you can return them within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of delivery of the products. After receiving the goods, you will receive a refund of the purchase price from us.
Please note that goods that have been specially made and personalized for you (for example, individual colors, materials, monograms) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Warranty for defective goods Of course, we recognize for defective goods, the statutory warranty period of 2 years (if applicable German law).
A product is defective if it was delivered damaged or within 2 years (if applicable German law) after purchase a manufacturing or material defect occurs.
Please note that defects in goods resulting from normal wear and tear as well as damages caused by improper handling (such as incorrect washing / cutting / tearing) can not regularly be described as defects within the meaning of the law.
Step 1: Contact us a) In case of cancellation, please send us the completed withdrawal form by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. For further cancellation options please go to Cancellation terms. b) b) In a warranty case, send us a brief description of the defects, meaningful photos showing these defects, and a copy of your invoice to: email@example.com

Step 2: Create the return label After we have checked your case, you will receive a link to the return portal of our shipping service provider by e-mail. There you can simply enter your sender address and print the already stamped return label.
Step 3: Apply packaging and label Pack the goods in the original packaging (of course, other packaging can be used, but we recommend recycling old packaging) and paste the return label. Please make sure that the old label is pasted over.
Step 4: Deliver goods to shipping Bring the return to the available pickup point or wait for pickup by the driver on the agreed date.
Step 5: Wait for the return receipt and refund You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your return has been received correctly in our warehouse and the refund has been made.
Note: If you do not want to follow the procedure above, you can choose another return method that you prefer. Note, however, that in this case, you will have to pay for the return shipment yourself. In addition, you bear the responsibility if returned goods damaged received or lost on the way to us.
