Which kinds of delivery do you offer?
We currently offer standard delivery to almost every country worldwide via our shipping partners. Go to shipping information to find out more.
Where do I find information on your delivery rates?
After entering your billing address and before placing your order, your delivery rate will be shown on the order overview page. At a certain order value, delivery in selected countries is free of charge. You find an overview of the delivery rates here: shipping information.
When will I receive my order?
It takes approximately 10 working days from receipt of order to produce your items and hand them over to delivery. For more information on our shipping partners’ terms, go to shipping information.
How can I track my orders?
You find the status of your delivery when clicking on “my account”. As soon as your package got handed over to delivery, you get an email with a shipment number and a link to the shipping partner. Here you can always find the status of the delivery and track your package.
Can I have my order shipped to someone else and/or to another country?
Yes, you can have your order shipped to another delivery address which isn’t equivalent to your billing address. But: delivery address and billing address must be in the same country. The new delivery address can be easily entered during the order process.
My delivery is missing, or an item is damaged. What can I do?

How do I place an order online?
Placing an order online is easy. Just follow these steps: 1. Select the product you want to order in our shop. Choose your colour and size. When clicking on the green button “ADD TO CART”, you add the item to the shopping cart. Repeat this process for all the products you’d like to order. 2. You picked all the products you’d like to order? Now click on the shopping cart symbol and check your selection. If everything is correct, click on the green button “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”. 3. In case you don’t have an account yet, we will ask you to create a new account now. Please add your billing information to your account and decide if billing address and delivery address are supposed to be the same. Also, create a personal password. With this password you can log in to your account at any time. In case you already have an account, simply log in with your email and password. Select your shipping address and click “CONTINUE”. 4. Now, you will be guided through the order process and your delivery rate will show up. Click on the green button “CONTINUE”. 5. In the next step, you can select your payment method – just click on the round button next to the payment method. Afterwards, click on the green button “CONTINUE”. 6. Now, you are entering the order overview. You can check your order one last time and correct it in case there is something wrong. Click on the green button “PLACE ORDER”. 7. Now, you will be forwarded to the payment sites of one of our payment partners (MICROPAYMENT or PayPal) to finish your payment. Afterwards, you’ll be guided back to the shop where we will confirm your order. 8. Finally, we will confirm your order and your payment via email. As soon as your order got processed and handed over to delivery, we will inform you again by email.
How do I know if Athletic Archery received my order?
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What can I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If the confirmation email isn’t there either, send a mail to our customer service
Can I cancel or change my order once it’s been placed?

How old must one be to place an order?
The minimum legal age for shopping online is 18 years.

Payments and security

Is it safe to shop online at Athletic Archery?
In our online shop we ensure highest security of data. All credit card payments and payments in advance will be processed by micropaymentTM GmbH, Schwarnweberstrasse 69 in Berlin – a secure online gateway that will be responsible for holding and handling information related to your payment details. Payments via PayPal get transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg via a safe connection and will be processed there. All data in our shop are sent to our server using SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) and transferred to a completely secure environment.

Is VAT already included in the price?
Yes, our prices are displayed with already included VAT amounting to 16%. For customers outside the EU, our prices will be calculated without VAT. The price without VAT will be shown during the order process after entering your billing address.
Why has my payment been declined?
Your credit card could get declined because of the following reasons:
  • - Your card is expired. Please check if the card is still valid.
  • - You could have entered incorrect information. Please make sure that you have filled all required fields correctly. Please consider that your information, such as name and billing address, must be consistent with your credit card information.
  • - Maybe you reached your credit limit. Please contact your bank to check if you exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
Where do I find my receipts?
You’ll find a link to your receipts in your order confirmation mail. You can also log in to „my account“ in order to find your receipts.

Why are Athletic Archery products especially well-suited for archers?
We made sure that our products meet the needs of every archer: We chose cuts and patterns that allow you to move freely while fitting perfectly. Our materials are synthetic fibres and mixed fabrics which minimize friction and dry quickly. Therefore, our materials aren’t only comfortable to wear but are also great for layering. Furthermore, all our items passed a long-term test conducted by archers in training and practice.
Can I match the Athletic Archery items with my remaining equipment?
Yes. Many of our items can be personalized so that you can match the colour of your sportswear with your arrow, bow, string and co.

What is a promo code?
Our promo codes allow you to take advantage of exclusive promotions on services and products which are offered by Athletic Archery. These codes are personalized and issued on special occasions.
How do I get a promo code?
If you want to receive our promo codes, sign in for the Athletic Archery newsletter. With this newsletter we will inform you on our current offers and promotions.
How do I use the promo code?
When placing an order and entering the “shopping cart” section in our shop, you’ll find an input field especially for promo codes. Enter the code here and click “apply” to calculate the new order amount. Please consider that you can only use one promo code per order.

Do I need to create an account to shop at Athletic Archery?
Yes. To shop at Athletic Archery you have to create an account that has certain advantages: You can edit and personalize your account, create several delivery addresses, order quicker and track your orders after placing.

How do you create a safe password?
For your safety, choose a password that contains the following:

  • - at least 1 numerical character (e.g. 6)
